Richard Widmark (December 26, 1914 - March 24, 2008) was an Academy Award-nominated American film actor.
For his contribution to the motion picture industry, Widmark has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6800 Hollywood Boulevard. In 2002, he was inducted into the Western Performers Hall of Fame at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Death of Richard Widmark
Richard Widmark was 93 years old at the time of his death.
Richard's wife stated that he had a fractured a vertebra recently which worsened his condition. We don't know the exact cause of his death. But Richard Widmark had an illness for a long time.

This is a big news / Lucy Episode
Passing of Richard Widmark is a major news in Hollywood. We shall see how the media is going to handle this news. But this is a big news to me. Richard Widmark is a legend.
Also, I remember Richard Widmark from a Lucy episode. Lucy went to Hollywood with the gang. Lucy decided to steal an orange from Richard Widmark's backyard. After hopping the wall, Lucy was not able to come back out. so Lucy had to hide in Richard's smoke room. Soon, Richard Widmark and Ricky Ricardo came in the room as Lucy was hiding under the bear skin... funny funny stuff.
Hollywood lost a big star.
At the same time.. I hope I live to be 93.
