Lindsay Lohan will be in Jail for next 29 days - NOT

on September 17, Lohan confirmed via Twitter that she failed a drug test. She said she is "prepared to face the consequences".

After a hearing on September 24, where the judge ordered a preliminary revocation of Lohan's probation, she was denied bail and sent back to jail. She will remain in custody until a probation revocation hearing scheduled for October 22

Lindsay Lohan was released the same day at about 11:40 p.m. after posting $300,000 bail.  She is due back in court on Oct. 22
