- Lindsay Lohan has been released from prison after serving 14 days of her 90-day sentence. Lohan was taken directly to a rehabilitation treatment center where she's requires to stay 90 days.
- Charlie Sheen is due in court today in Colorado. Sheen is expected to plead guilty to misdemeanor assault on her wife (Christmas day Dispute)
Update - Charlie Cheen will not serve a day in jail - Jury questioning begins today in the drug conspiracy trial of Anna Nicole Smith's doctors and her lawyer-boyfriend.
