Nancy Kerrigan's father died on January 24, 2010, allegedly due to a violent struggle with her brother Mark. As of Jan 25, 2010 Kerrigans brother is only charged with assult on a person over 60yr old

Nancy Kerrigan (born October 13, 1969) is a two-time American Olympic figure skating medalist and 1993 U.S. champion.
