Adam Nathaniel Yauch (August 5, 1964 - May 4, 2012) was a founding member of hip hop trio, the Beastie Boys. He was frequently known by his stage name, MCA, and other pseudonyms such as Nathanial Hörnblowér.
Yauch died on May 4, 2012. He announced in 2009 that he was being treated for cancer, but it is not yet known if his death was a direct result of the cancer

I grew up listening to 1580AM (The Mac Attack), a Hip Hop radio station from Los Angeles.
I never did like The Beastie Boys. During the 80's, I openly talked to my friends that I didn't like The Beastie Boys. I never thought they were talented. I thought they became big because they connected with white audience.
I pay my respect to MCA. He took a big part in the era. And I give him credit for that.

Since when is screaming throughout a WHOLE "song" considered talent? I know that there is a genre of music out there that is screaming but it is done rhythmically. These guys didn't and it was just screaming!
