On July 13, 2013, at the age of 31, Monteith was found dead in his room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia. He had been scheduled to check out earlier that day, but when he failed to do so, hotel staff entered his room and discovered his body. I'll Stand By You - Cory Monteith as Finn

It scares me that he is the

It scares me that he is the same age as myself, hes a few months older. My best friend died a year ago May at age 30, he never reached his 31 Birthday in July, he had stage 4 Lymphoma Cancer, he died young and never got to live his life, Cory just gave his life up. It makes me angry and sad, that he had a choice to live and didn't take it, my friend didn't have that choice. I hate Cancer, but I hate drugs just as much.

As the Mother of 3 Children &

As the Mother of 3 Children & the Grandmother of 6, this breaks my
heart break. It was not God who called him. It was the drugs that called him. How many more talented ones most we lose, how many more rich ones & poor ones? How many more, everyday people like us will
answer that Drug Call?? Please let it be God's call? No matter how,
or by what means we are called. Don't make it be by the call of drugs!! It makes it senseless.
