Elizabeth Taylor is letting her friends and fans know that she is about to go to the hospital for heart surgery.

REPORT: Dennis Hopper rushed to New York hospital!

On the afternoon of September 30th, 2009, news media reported that actor Dennis Hopper has been rushed to a New York hospital for an unspecified condition, according to a report from Entertainment Tonight. Hopper, 73, was reportedly brought into an unidentified Manhattan hospital by an ambulance Monday wearing an oxygen mask and “with numerous tubes visible.” The disease is thought to be an "extreme case of swine flu," brought on by his age and other underlying health issues, according to an unnamed source close to Hopper.

Tori Spelling has been hospitalized twice in two days this week after complaining of severe abdominal pain, the New York Post reports.

"Just out of the hospital," husband Dean McDermott wrote on Twitter on Monday. "After a battery of tests, no conclusive answers. She still feels terrible. Hope it passes soon. She's in a lot of pain."

Celebrity Fashion Critic Mr. Blackwell Hospitalized

Richard Blackwell (AKA Mr. Blackwell), 85, has been in the hospital and unconscious since Tuesday, his partner, Robert Spencer, said from his home in Los Angeles. He is suffering from septic shock and is being treated with antibiotics. Doctors say his condition is stable.

On August 4, 2008, actor Morgan Freeman was listed in serious condition at Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee, after a car accident the previous night around 11:30pm

Morgan Freeman was seriously injured in an automobile accident near Ruleville, Mississippi, on August 3, 2008. The vehicle in which he was traveling, a 1997 Nissan Maxima, flipped over several times. He and a female passenger were rescued from the vehicle using the "Jaws of Life". Freeman was evacuated via medical helicopter to a hospital in Memphis. Drugs or alcohol have not been ruled out

DMC from Run-DMC Hospitalized

Darryl "D.M.C." Matthews McDaniels (44) (born May 31, 1964) is an American musician. He is one of the pioneers of hip hop culture and founding members of the legendary hip hop group Run-D.M.C..

Doctors examined McDaniels, who was suffering from pain and swelling in his left arm, and discovered two major blood clots. He is undergoing surgery Friday.

McDaniels, 44, had been scheduled to perform Saturday at the AVP Beach Volleyball Tournament; the appearance was canceled.
